All purchases are subject to product availability. Due to health regulations, supplements and skincare products are not returnable once opened. To request a return or inquire about an order, please contact us via the email on the website or through the patient portal, if you are a patient.

Refunds are issued only for unused, unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
