Weight Loss & Metabolic Optimization
MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS + METABOLIC OPTIMIZATION
Lose fat. Protect muscle Build strength for life
Sisu Health provides personalized, medically guided weight loss for adults who want sustainable fat loss while protecting muscle, strength, metabolic health, and long-term function. When clinically appropriate, prescription weight loss medications—including GLP-1 therapy—can be used as one tool within a comprehensive strategy built around nutrition, strength training, lifestyle, and ongoing medical care.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This is not "get the shot and see you next month" weight loss
Medication can be a powerful tool. But reducing your appetite alone doesn't teach you how to fuel your body, protect muscle, build strength, navigate real life, or maintain your results when weight loss is no longer the goal. That's where the rest of the plan matters. At Sisu Health, we look at your medical history, metabolic health, previous weight loss attempts, nutrition, movement, sleep, lifestyle, and goals to understand what's been getting in the way—and what may actually help. If medication is appropriate, we use it strategically alongside nutrition, resistance training, recovery, and ongoing medical oversight. We're not trying to make you as small as possible. We're helping you build a healthier, stronger body you know how to take care of.
YOUR CARE EXPERIENCE
Weight loss is the goal. Health is the strategy
Understand the Whole Picture
Your care begins with your medical history, previous weight loss experiences, medications, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, risk factors, and goals. We want to understand more than what you weigh. We want to understand what's worked, what hasn't, what has changed, and what you want your health to look like when the weight loss phase is over.
Establish Your Metabolic Baseline
Appropriate laboratory testing helps us better understand your metabolic and overall health and identify factors that may influence your treatment strategy. Rather than treating one number in isolation, we interpret your labs within the context of your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals.
Build Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Your treatment plan is built around what you actually need. Depending on your clinical picture, that may include prescription weight loss medication, individualized nutrition targets, protein and fueling strategies, resistance training, movement, sleep and recovery recommendations, or other lifestyle interventions. If a GLP-1 or another weight loss medication is appropriate, we'll discuss your options, benefits, risks, dosing strategy, and expectations. Medication is a tool within your plan—not the plan itself.
Protect Muscle While Losing Fat
Weight loss can include loss of lean mass, which is why preserving muscle and strength is a deliberate part of the strategy. Adequate protein, appropriate fueling, resistance training, recovery, and progressive strength remain part of the conversation throughout your weight-loss phase. Because the goal isn't simply to weigh less. It's to improve body composition while protecting the tissue your future health depends on.
Monitor, Adjust + Prepare for Maintenance
Your body, appetite, progress, and needs will change throughout treatment. Follow-up care allows us to monitor your response, adjust medications when appropriate, troubleshoot barriers, refine nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and begin preparing for maintenance before you reach your goal. Because reaching your goal weight isn't the end of the program. Knowing how to protect your results is part of the treatment.
Ongoing Support + Long-Term Planning
Your plan evolves as your body and goals change. Follow-up care helps us monitor progress, address barriers, make appropriate adjustments, and begin planning for maintenance before you reach the finish line.

Our Testimonials
What our Clients Say About us
Every story here belongs to someone who wanted more than a quick fix and stayed with the process long enough to feel the difference.
Andi knows her stuff and she doesn't beat around the bush. She's confident, direct, and she gives you a clear plan instead of overcomplicating everything. She created a six week strength program for me and I'm already feeling stronger and seeing a noticeable difference. Even better, she's given me structure and routines I know I can keep going long after the six weeks are over. I'm so glad I found her.
Ryanne LittledikeIf I could give Andi 100 stars, I would. As a woman who struggled with postpartum weight gain and hormone imbalances, she was a godsend. She actually listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and then she pushed me to work. And let me tell you, there's work. But there are also results. She gets the female body and the setbacks we face. You leave feeling like you met up with a friend.
Genna FramptonAndi puts you at ease right out of the gate. These issues can be sensitive, and she approaches them with no judgment. My son was so nervous to start his weight loss journey, and after every appointment he'd say, "I always feel less stressed when I leave." I've been her patient too, and I remember her saying, "You shouldn't be suffering to get to your goals." She makes sure you feel seen and heard. I highly recommend her.

Frequently Asked Question
No. While GLP-1 receptor agonists and other prescription options are available when clinically indicated, medication is never mandatory. Your program is built around your health history, preferences, and individual goals.
We integrate structured resistance training recommendations, individual daily protein targets, and intentional fueling strategies alongside medical oversight to protect lean muscle tissue while targeting fat loss.
Clinical visits, individualized program design, nutrition planning, and medical oversight are covered by your Sisu program fee. Prescription medications are dispensed by partner pharmacies and billed separately depending on your specific protocol and pharmacy choice.
Yes. Many patients transfer care to Sisu because they are losing weight but receiving no guidance on nutrition, muscle preservation, side-effect management, or how they will eventually maintain their results.
We coordinate baseline metabolic, lipid, thyroid, and nutritional panels tailored to your history to evaluate insulin resistance, organ function, and biomarkers that influence weight regulation.
Rather than discontinuing care abruptly, we transition you into an intentional maintenance phase. We help you titrate medication where appropriate, adjust nutrition to maintenance levels, and solidify long-term strength habits.
Decisions regarding medication duration and tapering are individualized and made collaboratively. By establishing strength, adequate fueling, and sustainable habits throughout the active loss phase, you are equipped to preserve metabolic health for the long term.

I started hormone therapy in a traditional setting and it was frustrating. Six week waits, ten minute conversations, a prescription, and then I was sent on my way. Andi is completely different. She didn't just prescribe hormones, she taught me how hormones, protein, sleep, exercise, and stress all work together. She looked at the whole picture instead of one symptom at a time. At 53 I feel better than I ever have.
