Andi Hollingsworth,
PA-C
Andi Hollingsworth is a Physician Assistant specializing in hormone and metabolic medicine with a background that bridges clinical care, exercise science, strength coaching, and obesity medicine. Her approach is built around a simple idea: helping you feel better matters—but so does building the strength, metabolic health, and resilience that will support you for decades to come. At Sisu Health, that means looking beyond a prescription or a lab result to understand the whole person behind them—and creating a medical strategy designed for both how you want to feel today and how you want to live in the future.
With five years of experience in primary care and obesity medicine, and advanced training in hormone optimization through WorldLink Medical, her approach goes beyond symptom management, focusing on precision, longevity, and sustainable results.
Her philosophy is simple: build strength in the areas you can control — movement, nutrition, sleep — so you’re better equipped for everything else. Through a refined, patient-centered approach, she helps individuals create resilient, high-performing bodies designed for life.

MY PATH TO SISU
Strength came before medicine
Exercise Science + Strength
Long before Sisu Health, my work centered around what the human body could do. I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and spent years working in exercise physiology, personal training, strength coaching, and CrossFit. That experience shaped the lens I still bring to medicine today: Muscle matters. Movement matters. What your body can do matters.
Medicine + Metabolic Health
I later earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah and moved into clinical medicine, working in primary care and obesity medicine. That's where the pieces started coming together. Weight, energy, sleep, stress, hormones, metabolic health, muscle, and lifestyle weren't separate conversations. They were often different parts of the same one. And patients needed enough time—and the right kind of care—to connect them.
Hormone Medicine
Advanced hormone training added another important piece. Hormone therapy can meaningfully improve quality of life for the right patient. But hormones aren't the answer to every symptom, and they shouldn't be prescribed in isolation from the rest of someone's health. That philosophy became central to Sisu: Evaluate thoroughly. Treat thoughtfully. Monitor carefully. Build health beyond the prescription.
Founding a New Kind of Practice
Sisu Health was built on a simple conviction: patients deserve more than a 15-minute appointment and a prescription refill. They deserve a medical partner who thinks strategically about their long-term health — someone who treats the whole picture, not just the symptom.
